Evaluation Criteria

The following criteria will be considered during the selection process:  

Menu and Cuisine:  The variety and relevance of menu options to the requirements of the University community.

Quality of Food/drinks:  The taste, flavor, overall quality, and adherence to food safety standards. Shortlisted shops will be required to provide their items for food tasting by the selection committee..

Value for Money: The pricing strategy, portion sizes, and the value offered in relation to the price.

Compatibility with existing infrastructure: The degree to which the operational requirements of the business align with the capabilities of location such as physical size of the business and space available.

Other criteria that may be considered include experience of the business and number of branches.

Kindly note that the business need to provide at least 5 tables and 3 chairs per table based on the requirements of the University.  Tables and Chairs must be approved by the University.
