Childcare Facilities Submission Form

This portal is designed for licensed childcare operators to submit proposals for the University of Bahrain Childcare Facility rental. The process follows a fixed‑rent lease model based on bidding process with a five‑year contract and a one‑year grace period for renovation and licensing. The minimum monthly rent starts at BHD 150, and proposals may also include social‑value commitments such as free or subsidized seats, which enhance evaluation scores but do not affect rent.

All mandatory fields marked with ★ must be completed, and required documents uploaded before submission. The form collects operator details, financial and technical offers, experience and capacity, social value contributions, fee structures, and compliance declarations. Submissions are validated automatically to ensure completeness and compliance with eligibility criteria.
