Evaluation Criteria
The following criteria will be considered during the selection process:
Menu and Cuisine: The menu options will be assessed specific to the shop requirements set by UOB, along with the relevance of the offered cuisine to the University of Bahrain community.
Value for Money: Portion sizes, quality and the value offered in relation to the price will be assessed. This will be evaluated through food tasting by the selection committee.
Experience: Evaluation will include an assessment of each establishment’s prior experience.
Note: The shop owner has to create a partition.
